In Italy, truffle oil is a popular finishing oil and our British version is buono with pizza, risotto, pasta and other Italian dishes. Steaks and mushrooms are delectable with just a few drops too, along with French fries, mash and vegetables. We also love to sprinkle a little over soups and salads to elevate simple dishes into something more special.

It also provides much higher levels of omega 3 and vitamin E and is fully traceable and sustainable. Add it to sandwiches, burgers and salads or serve it as a dip with wedges, chips, calamari or crudités. Dollop over new potatoes and steamed vegetables or on the side of fish or barbecued meat.
